Christine Brow has 20 years of Advertising and Marketing experience,with executive management positions for various Southern California newspapers (Los Angeles Times, Orange County Register, Anaheim Bulletin, South County News). Christine managed a department of over 100 people and budget of $70+ million, created several sales departments from the ground up, and negotiated sales contracts with major advertisers before shifting her priorities to the real estate industry. Christine is also active with the Fallbrook Chamber of Commerce, where she was past treasurer on the Executive Board, as well as the Board of Directors. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the State of California, and is a Graduate of Realty Institute (GRI). |
Maggie Rogan has 15 years of Project Management experience in Information Technology for various corporations (DIRECTV, Los Angeles Times, and Orange County Register newspaper). Maggie managed the implementation of corporate software installations, helped coordinate project teams, and knows how to get things done while collaborating with different people and agendas. She is a graduate of Florida State University, and has a California Teaching Credential. Rogan has also earned the National Association of Realtor's e-Pro certification, which is advanced training in real estate web-based technology, and in providing state-of-the-art tools in assisting buyers & sellers. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the State of Californiia. |

Sue Calnon specializes in sales at Rancho Monserate Country Club, an own-your-lot mobilehome community with 232 homes on 96 acres. This is a first class and well kept 55+ senior community in Fallbrook offering a 3 par, 9 hole golf course, tennis, pool, spa, sauna, RV/Boat storage and many activities for the active senior. Before entering real estate sales in 2004, Sue spent 30 plus years in the real estate development of single family, multi family and commercial new construction. She is knowledgeable & active in the community of Fallbrook. Calnon was recently awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) professional designation by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council® She is a graduate of National University, Cum Laude, and is a licensed real estate sales agent with the State of California.
