 Maggie Rogan previously had 15 years of business experience in Information Technology, Marketing, and Customer Service for various corporations (DIRECTV, Los Angeles Times, and Orange County Register newspaper). Maggie managed the implementation of corporate software installations, helped coordinate project teams, and knows how to get things done while collaborating with different people and agendas. She is a graduate of Florida State University, and has a California Teaching Credential. Rogan has also earned the National Association of Realtor's
e-Pro certification, which is advanced training in real estate web-based technology, and in providing state-of-the-art tools in assisting buyers & sellers. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the State of California, and broker-owner of Rogan and Associates. Sue Calnon specializes in sales at Rancho Monserate Country Club, a 55+ homeowners association community with 232 homes on 96 acres in Fallbrook. This is a first class and well kept senior community offering many activities for the active senior. Before entering real estate sales in 2004, Sue spent 30 plus years in the real estate development of single family, multifamily and commercial new construction. She is knowledgeable & active in the community of Fallbrook. Calnon has also received her Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) professional designation by the National Association of Realtors. Rich Taylor´s career in Real Estate spans 50 years. The first 16 years were spent with a major financial institution where he was an appraiser, loan officer and manager and the last 5 years Taylor was Sr. Vice President in charge of lending statewide in California. Subsequently he went into Real Estate Development throughout Southern California and formed a full service Mortgage Company which served clients in construction, permanent, and other loans for all types of properties. In semi-retirement Rich returned to development and sales of Real Estate. He now concentrates on sales with special emphasis in senior communities.
